[WANTED] Seat back push buttons with trim

I'm looking for the front bench seat back push buttons that release them to flip forward. These are on the bench seat that came in a 70 Duster.
I'm need 1 complete button and 2 trims. I'm not sure if they came in chrome, if so I would like to have two buttons with the matching trim.
