seat belt window strap

anyone know any articles on how to set up the seat belt strap for the windows like the hemi darts?
i get the basic idea of the set up but i would like a little more info
If anyone can shed some light i would appretiate it.

Well i want to set up my doors with the Seat belt strap set up instead of window crank.
But i need to know how to set it up. Were to hook what to what?
Any info would help or links to articles..
