The seats will fit fine, but the tracks are different because of the cats.
There is a member here on FABO that has a set for $200 with the later model seat tracks. Maybe you could make a deal.

I got some out of a 75 also only one track is diffrent. It is completely flat im sure if you wanted to run some kind of spacer under it to even it out it would be fine. Thats what im going to try and do.
