seat lever knobs

1 have a 1974 scamp seat missing the knobs for the seat hinges, does anyone out know of anyone who sells them ?

I'm in the same boat, the drivers side lever that pushes back to flip the seat back forward has snapped off.
I've looked around online and it might be a salvage/junk yard find kind of part.

Herbs auto parts has chrome knobs for some year models. I haven't seen the color keyed type available anywhere.
