Depends on your size and tolerance for a certain conformance level, then there is what will actually fit. Do you need back seat accessibility?

Uh, it kinda depends on the drivers size. Are you 5'5" or 6'5"? Are you 145, or 375 lbs.?
Going aftermarket is easy, pick what you like, and fits. I might be tempted to try a multitude of different factory seats in the junkyard, to see what I want. (Some convertibles have integrated three point belts.)
I bought a pair of takeout cloth late-model mustang seats, for practically nothing a few years back. Lots of electric adjustments.
