Serpentine Set up reviews

Hi everyone, my dad is looking to add a serpentine set up to his 383. He has AC, and Power Steering. I have looked at the Mancini Racing set up, 440 source and March. Does anyone have experience with any of these or a different kit? I think the 440 source kit requires shims and I really don't want to deal with that, is there a kit that requires no shimming? If all of them have to be shimmed was there a kit one of you bought that you were happy with? Feedback and photos are greatly appreciated. Thanks

CVF Makes kits too. I have their LA bracket set for V-belts. Everything was good quality. Plan to possibly shim some stuff to get it to line up with any kit, its not hard.

Those don't seem very "serpentine-like" using multiple belts but I guess with the stock water pump needing to spin CW there's no real way around that? I thought the reason behind serpentine setups was to get rid of the multiple belts and make more clearance between the rad and front accessories, and also reduce friction...
