Was going through the instructions in my just arrived TF-2 shift kit and there was this supplemental page, not part of the original stapled 7 pages which addressed "servo-flop". I have three questions about this mod:

Is this a real issue?

The TF-2 kit is meant for either a 904 or 727 but the instructions for this mod only mention 727's. I know the rear servo is pretty much the same between the two. So, since I'm putting it in a 904, should I make this mod?

Has anyone done this for a 904 - any tips, best methods?

get the aftermarket replacement rear servo for the 904, no more worries.

904 is different, and since they only mention it to do to the 727 servo i did not do it in two 904´s i overhauled. No Problem so far.

The only time I have ever had a problem with a stock servo was when someone let the adjustment get way to loose.

The TF2 shift kit does include a much stiffer spring for the rear servo specific to a 904 - not a 727 as part of the basic install. Do the "never a problem with stock" opinions factor this into the equation? Looking for experience with a TF2 in a 904.
