Setting up MSD distributor

Seem to be some members here who have good handle on setting up ignition timing.
Where should I start with setting up this msd I have what springs etc should I use as initial setup?

360 is approx 12.5 to 1 mild ported J heads cam is sig erson 3h 477 lift 240/240 @50
Victor 340 with 750DP annular discharge

Fuel will be premium unleaded with water/meth injection

3500 stall and 3.91 gears in my 67 Barracuda.

Start around 20 initial and a light silver and blue spring. I'll guess it will want 20-24 initial. With that much compression it may run with less.

You'll likely need a limiter bushing that allows less the black 18* MSD provides. I have 10 and 14 degree bushings if you need one.

I got a set also, my engine is close to yours I run about 20 and 30 total. Anyone else need a set PM me , I had them in the for sale section but can't bump.
