I would think Satin, research it first - I would topcoat it with clear for extra protection, which you could do in satin - just my preference !

Definitely not gloss. It's a dull finish

I just did my center grille section with this Chrysler Bright Silver (PS2) Basecoat only, no clear.

Like the flat finish and the way it matched to the truck.

I used the Duplicolor BHA0971 Satin Silver Metallic (NH623M) paint. There are a bunch of threads on this although I can't say if all Dart/Duster grills are the same.
