I have a non lock up A-518 tranny in my 91 dodge power ram 150 truck, a couple of days ago i was driving it and went to select drive with the shifter and noticed it was alot harder then ussuall to get it to select drive, it felt as if it was binding up somehwere?
Today i climbed under it and only thing i noticed is that there was a bushing that is supposed to slide over the shaft and ride in a slot, i put that bushing back on the shaft the way it's supposes to be and it did not make a difference it is still harder to select drive.
