Shifter rods.

I just came into possession of an A833 and a vintage Hurst Competition Plus shifter for my 65 Barracuda. However, I need shifter arms, shifter rods, and shifter mount bracket (adapter). Are there sources, or do I have to go salvage? Part numbers? I've been searching without much luck.
