Shock Bolt - Lower front 69 Dart

[LIME TWIST DART]

No front shocks on my car when I bought it. So, no lower bolts/nuts either.
I want to install my new QA1 Stocker Star "R" shocks.
Does anybody know the proper bolt size for the lower mount on the front shocks for my 69 Dart?
Also, is there just a nut and bolt, or are washers used?

7/16 x 14 x 2 1/4 inch. No washer.

In San Diego these days.
As long as they are the correct grade, can I find these at my local auto parts store?

I'm sure San Diego has an Ecology, or a Pick A Part self serv wrecking yard, so why not just drive over there with a ratchet and wrench, a pull a couple of them off a junker, since you would be driving over to a hardware store anyway?
