Hey everyone. I recently changed out a 7 1/4 axle with a 8 3/4 axle and im wondering a few things. I got 3in ubolts, which dont fit the old shock plate from the 71/4, so i need to find one that will fit with the 8 3/4. Anyone here know where i can get one? I cant seem to find shock plates anywhere.
 
You can use the ones from the 7 1/4 by using a file and open the four holes 1/4'' or so.Unless you are putting gobs of HP to the rear they will work just fine till you find some. Mine have been under my Dart for 10 + years.
