look at medium size fountain pumps too, just for price comparisons. also look at the ones that shut off when the water gets too low
Why not use one of these and a water hose? 1/6 HP Submersible Utility Pump 1600 GPH
That style pump is the answer. It will move some water, way faster than a shop vac.
