RV's do not age well down here. The sun beats on the exterior, then water gets inside it and destroys the interiors. Metal parts are all excellent though. Many have been lived in by homeless types so a lot of crud - canned food, pet waste, etc. gets ground into carpets, seats, etc. Gross. This Winnebago is better than most of it's vintage and has likely been already sold by the yard.
