Should I put 360 valves in my 675 heads?

Hello all!! I am building a 318 for my 63 Dart and I am wondering what upgrades to apply to the 675 heads. I plan on using a CH4B intake with a 600 Edelbrock, a Comp 268 cam on a stock 70 shortblock.

What cc's should I set the heads up with for good pump gas compression?
I want to replace the valves, should I stay stock or upgrade to 1.88/1.60s?
Should I do any port work?

Later on during the short block rebuild I am going to use KB pistons.

Stock manifolds for now and 3.23 gears.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike

Not trying to be a smart-A@#, but the CH4B is a 440 manifold only, I guess you meant LD4B. If you do indeed have a CH4B, it will NOT fit the 318.
I'd use the 1.88s and 1.60s, do a backcut on the intakes, and round the edge off the exhausts, and do a little pocket port and gasket matching. Teens can be Mean.

Your right it is the LD4B. For the last 20 years I have been building big blocks. This is my first small block.

Mike, the article by BJR that Adam linked you to is a very comprehensive guide to head work. If you're going to be using this as a street engine, I'd stay with the stock sized valves to keep the flow velocity rather than gain flow capacity. Do the head work that dartndodge mentioned and you should have a good set of heads that won't kill off your bottom end torque.
