shoulder harness elastic straps

I just had my wife get me some new elastic from the fabric store, I"ll sew a replacement piece in place and put a new snap on them. IF you don't have a snap tool, anyone that does boat canvas, auto upholstery, or golf car enclosures should be able to put the snaps in for you. (an upholstery shop should also be able to sew the elastic on if you don't have a sewing machine that is up to the task)
