Side mouldings on an H-code 340 Dart?

I was looking over a 70 340 Dart yesterday with smooth quarter panels, doors, and fenders. I then noticed that it had once had the necessary holes for the side mouldings to attach. It was initially a 'stripe delete' car I was told.

Did some of the 340 Darts in 1970 have these mouldings? I guess I've only seen them without.

I have a 70 Dart 340 with the stripe delete, mine has the side trim. But I think that trim was also an option, that trim option also came with the stainless door edge guards. I will be installing the trim when I restore it, no stripe!! Pretty rare, most cars had the stripe.

Mine also has another odd option, high back bucket seats with an auto on the column!

There is a yellow with black vinyl top 70 340 4 speed no stripe with side molding here in Huntsville, I se it at cruise ins a lot

The fender tag or broadcast sheet would tell you.

I'm guessing it would code on a tag as V5*

I have a '70 model H code Dart with the stripe delete and the V5X side molding with the black vinyl insert.
