When I had the door apart to put the mirrors on my 71 Duster I lubed up all my tracks but he passanger window still screamed going down.

I found that at the top of the door there is a rubber bumper covered in felt that slides like a boot onto an L shaped bracket that keep the glass stabilized and from rattleing. My issue is the boot is worn out right through the rubber.

Called a few places and no one makes it.

Take a picture of it and post it up. I'll bet someone has one lying around. I might also but it would be awhile before I could get over to the garage to look.

This is the bracket it's on, the bolt is removed through a hole underneath the Duster emblem on the door. The rubber I taped up to keep it from scratching my glass.

Get a sheet of felt and a tube of contact cement at Wal-Mart. Cut and glue a small piece of felt to replace the one that is worn out.

Might be worth a try,
Jerry
