I see in Mopar Muscle where WestOaks is offering a complete smallblock package for $1849.00. Considering the cost of the individual components, this seems fairly reasonable. Anyone bought this, if so, how "complete" is complete, was it bolt-on, and did it work well out of the box? Thanks.
