I have a 74 Dart Swinger with the stock 225 slant 6, 1 barrel carb and electronic ignition. I want to swap to a 2 barrel carb and am in the process of purchasing a 75-later manifold and carb that were used in mopars after smog control issues forced the upgrade. I understand that the electronic ignition systems are the same and the air cleaners are not compatible BUT will I need to make any other adjustments Idle, distributor etc.? I hate unexpected problems and I aint too smart in the overhaul dept. I only know basic+ mechanical skills. Any help is appreciated. :salut:
