Slant manual 3 speed change to a 273?

I am thinking about buying two 1968 Darts and swapping the engines between them.
One has a Slant 6 with the column shift 3 speed manual trans. and has a bad engine.
The other is a 273 V8 automatic with a badly rusted body.
Will the bell housing from the manual 3 speed slant bolt up to the 273?
I agree that I will have to convert the 273 flywheel, but I am not sure of
anything else I might need.

No the bell housing is only good for the 6 banger.

No, the slant, small block and big blocks all have different bellhousin bolt patterns requirin its own individual bellhousin.

is the gearing good with a v8 and will it hold up?
I am considering this as well?
anybody have the answer?
will a duster 340 3 speed bolt in using the 3 0n the tree?
trying for the sleeper approach
