hi all,
i just got a 68 A100 van, it has not moved since 1982, i need a new motor as it was parked because it blew a rod. I am looking for something that either runs but preferably a block that has some meat left in it so i can rebuild it. I just bought an engine locally from some guy and it was already bored out and the crank undersized to the max so i am back to square one. I would prefer a block from 68-80 with a forged crank since it would be original to the van more than the non forged version but I am open to other options. I also need a set of steel wheels in 15" size 5x4.5 bolt pattern. hoping someone has something near pomona ca in socal, that way i can pick it up. let me know what you have. also at this point i have two engines worth of intake exhaust bellhousing heads etc so let me know if you need something, i may have it. thanks in advance.
