sleeve replacment hard blocked

I have a sbm x block that has a couple of sleeves in it and it was hard blocked 3/4 of the way up. can a new sleeve be added or the sleeves that are in it replaced thanks scott

I would be sure to tell my machinist that it is hard blocked. That stuff is had on boring tools. JMHO

I cant see him breakin through a cylinder to put a sleeve in expecally
in a x block .

I've had several sleeves put in blocks that are 3/4 filled.
