slight/faint flickering

'69 Dart GT; new wiring harness, new bulbs, DeMonIVR, battery was charged. When either directional signal is turned on, I can see just a faint flickering of the dash lights and dome light. Normal? If not what do I look for?

Make sure that you have a good ground on the instrument cluster. If not it will use other circuits, usually lights to provide the ground, hence the flickering of other lights on the dash.
