New floor pans welded in. Lower quarters & fenders patched. Replaced broken windshield with used. Reinstalled dash. Painted trim out for front windshield & trunk. 16 months worth of progress LOL

Nice work . Just keep plugging along and you'll get there. When I did my 65 Barracuda it took me around 3 years of on & off work

I’m taking much longer but didn’t have a garage until last year. That’s my excuse and sticking to it.

Looks great, I spent six yrs on restoring my 59 Sweptside. Just keep plugging away

I bought a '66 Barracuda (factory vinyl top) project a year ago....coincidentally from a seller in NC (they were very nice people). I'm plugging along - slowly, but hopefully surely. I'm still missing a few oddball parts & have some extras. If you're in the same boat, maybe we can help each other out. Here's pictures of mine when it followed me home & a couple of days ago.

Wow yours is comming along good. The parts car I parted wasn’t much help. It was rough. So far I’ve been able to work with the parts I have.

Mine had/has the targa top as well.wondering what i should do with it. I will talk to my upholstery person and see what she thinks.

A little bit more done. I got the trunk repaired & painted underneath. Trunk gasket installed. The latch, pop up spring housing painted & installed & the trunk hinges. The folding trunk panel was in rough shape. The one from the parts car is damaged but I’m going to try to repair it. Paint it & apply new carpet & paint the trim. That will be next. Who knows when I can get to it. I spent a fair amount of time digging through my parts picking out the best pieces & cleaning them. Trying to keep a supply of Parts staged ahead of me as I go.

I feel your pain. Ive got a 66 replaced 1/4 patches , fenders , rebuilt bottoms of doors. One cowl away from body finished. Almost 2 yrs now.

I'm making some progress on deciphering how the vinyl top pieces come together but I'm still having trouble with how the A-pillar chrome pieces attach to the rain gutters where they go down to the base of the windshield. This picture isn't mine, but it shows the needed parts.....
