[Found!] small black circle: spare tire hold down

I am looking for the metal round piece that holds the cardboard to the rod over the spare tire.

all the ones I remember seeing/having were made of steel and painted black had smaller wingnut to fasten it down, tire then jack base then large wingnut then trunk tire cover board then recessed steel black cup then wingnut

I couldn't find the ones I have as they are packed away some where. That one was found by accident with some other loose parts If I find them I will let you know...
