Small block 3/4 speed bell housing

I see so many listed on eBay as truck bell housing for small blocks 318-360 la .

But all say truck . I didn't think the bells were different . Can someone explain ?

I would say most of what you are looking are bells for the NP435 4-sp or the A230 3-sp. These take 11" clutch & 143 tooth flywheel.
