I have a nice Comp Cams solid roller camshaft with dyno time usage only. Lobes look very nice and show little signs of use. Specs are as follows:

Comp Cams grind # CRS 310C-R6
Lobe lift 0.418" / 0.425" intake / exhaust
Lift with 1.5 rockers 0.627" / 0.638" intake / exhaust
Advertised duration 310 degrees / 312 degrees intake / exhaust
Duration @ 0.050 lift 276 degrees / 281 degrees intake / exhaust
Lobe Separation Angle 106 degrees
Installed centerline 106 degrees (no ground in advance)
