I have 2 Federal power steering pumps with caps for a late 60's small block that are in very good condition. The pulleys spin true on both pumps. I'll sell them together or separately. One of the pumps has the brackets attached.

Pump with cap but w/o brackets $50.00 plus shipping from CT
