here is a pair of brackets for sale, for a bodies (dart, duster, demon, etc...) with 273/318/340/360 . fits 1968 to 71 for sure, might fit other years. both look the same. they were on a 69 340 i bought 35 years ago for my 71 duster 340 i had at the time. driver`s side might have been shimmed, i dont remember. judging from the paint, they were used as a pair (one drivers side, the other passenger) . price is $75us for both. buyer pays shipping from postal code j3a-1v4, canada. reply only if you are interested please.

you are right. but the paint being the same on both, lead me to believe that they were used on the same engine. one each side.
