Small Block oil filter adapter question.

Anybody have a diagram of whats needed for the standard oil filter adapter ?

Standard adapter not the 90deg.

I know it has the big gasket behind the plate. Just wondering if there is another small gasket used
on the threaded part ?

just the one big gasket...

X2 just the large round 1. I used the gasket shelac that looks like molassis

The fel pro gasket kit came with a soft rubber and a metal enforced big gasket.

Any idea why the 2 different ones ?
Which one is better to use ?

Test fit the big one to the block before applying sealer. There is one similar to it for the carb to air cleaner base. You'll know the proper one when you test fit them...

Both are the same size.

Never used any sealer with the 90deg adater.

You use sealer ?
