small block temperatures

I was wondering what is the normal/ideal engine coolant temperature when running normal/ hard in a small block (360) and what temperature is considered running hot?

180 to 210 i would say, start getting north of 215 i would start to worry

mine will run at 190-195 all day long... unless it is low on water.... in theory, if your cooling system is up to snuff, and you are running a 195 thermostat, your car should stay right about that temp.
