Small bolt disc to large bolt disc

my 64 barracuda has a small bolt pattern disc set up on the front . any one have any information if i can just put large bolt pattern hubs on the orginal spindles? any way to make it work? any adjustments needed? any one know if its impossible? any aftermarket companies that make a LBP hub for the early spindles?
