You can buy a fully rebuilt set from Hemi71x if you want to be able to bolt and go.

Your drum brake upper control arms are the same at the disc brake control arms so there is no need to change them.
 
Mine needs no work, Came off my sons running California 70 Dart, Up graded to big bolt all the way around.
