I love to smoke BBQ and I also compete in Southern BBQ Network Sanctioned events, I built my smoker out of Two water heater tanks and have picked up Something new for my newest Smoker a old General Eletric Freezer it is complete and insulated

Thats a good looking "butt". Its what I usually smoke as the wife doesn't like to eat meat off a bone. Every now and then i'll inject and smoke a certain kind of turkey.
