Snubber Bolt Dims & Thread Size?

My diff is new, it didn't come with a snubber. I bought one off this site, but it didn't come with hardware.

What is the dimension of the length of threads and what is the thread count and diameter of the thread section of the bolts?

I have an 8.75 w/a 489 Center.

Got the bolts, are they supposed to be torqued? If so to what?
