What is all included with the relocation kit? Front boxes, rear shackles and bushings, and a sleeve for the rear spring eye?

This is the kit, I purchased it from the Mancini booth at Monster Mopar a few years ago and never installed it on my Duster. The springs on my new Dart are already relocated so dont need it anymore.
