took the cars over to Indiana today to a nice car show. there were well over 300 cars there today. weather was nice and found a couple of different vehicles like the Dodge truck and the 41 Willys with the gun ship. Both cars took trophies. Nice trophies. looks like I gained a set of rabbit ears too. Like Rodney Daingerfield said " no respect" lol.

a couple of friends cars. the purple 39 Ford belongs to the guy who's 35 Ford we just painted last month. The 1970 Orangish GTO belongs to Scott. He has over $100,000 tied up in that. he had every nut and bolt removed, dipped and had it completely restored and the engine is some kind of special engine. I don't see that kind of money in it but he also has a Corvette and a Buick Grand National that is immaculate. Must be nice to have money. The solid red 57 Ford is an old friend. Tyler was asked to do some paint work on it today. I guess we will have to make room for it soon. and check out the old Dodge truck.

and my two with trophies. After installing the poly bushings in the tranny mount, the car ran great. I could not believe the difference. There is still a small quiver in it but I believe that when the drivetrain is taken out and the new Schumacher motor mounts are put in that it will be fixed. I think that with the engine being in it crooked and too far forward is where the rest of the problems lay. Thanks guys for all the help on this so far. Bill

Thanks for sharing, looks like a good turn out, also looks like it is cold there....long sleeves and jackets.

it started out a little chilly. I think about 55 or so and real cloudy. breeze was blowing off the Ohio river and then the sun came out and brought the temp. to about 62. But it was still colder than I like it. had my hoodie on most of the day.
