my motor will not stay cool ineed to talk with a motor builder becase i am stumped,pm me with a phone # so i can tell you what we've done to motor and what its doing ,and maybe we can figure out something maybe i'm missing something here or call me 843-602-4704 craig

im assuming it has antifreeze. as much as possible. maybe your water pump pooped

Go ahead and describe the problem. Even though you are dealing with a slant six, some issues are common among other engines as well. Someone here other than a sixer might have an idea what to do. It might be something simple like a stuck thermostat or a viscous fan not working properly.
