Been sick all weekend and did a lot of research on this complete subject.
I found a calculator as well but I guess there is a lil flaw in it. Fire Box to cook chamber on a reverse flow is supposed to be 50% Larger than what it says. Also I read on a few other forums that the fire box should be measured from the Grate and do not calculate the area under the grate as part of the equation? There is a science to the stuff for sure.
I can easily locate all the parts needed to build it accept the Tank. I am looking to build a 20x50 unit. Double doors etc. I will be calling my propane company today to see if they have a salvage tank "Unusable" for a reasonable price.
