Source for emblem retainer sleeves 73 dart

Does anyone out there know of a source for the little plastic sleeve that slips over the studs on the back of various nameplates? The emblem is then pushed into the holes in the fender for a tight mounting. Year One has them in stock but I will not pay $10-$15 shipping on a tiny item that can be put into an envelope with a first class stamp! At $12 per set of 5 for little pieces of plastic they are already way overpriced. Previous posts on this forum said Ebay had them 2-3 years ago but I could not find them. Thanks
