Southern Abody fans? TX/OK/NM/

The Pate swap meet is held at the Texas Motor Speedway in FW, around the end of April in 2007... Big show but man it gets hot up there..... The Vernon show is held towards the end of August.....You have to go and see it to believe it.....Hundreds of cars, thousands (Literally) of people in a town that has very few people there the rest of the year.

I'm living near Marble Falls and working in Austin....But I have a powdercoating shop that takes up all my spare time....Which is now spent obsessing over my first Mopar, a 67 Dart 270......
 
I go to Pate every year, and it gets more disappointing ever year. Maybe I'm spoiled since I grew up in NY, and went to Carlisle and Hershey every year since I was 11. Pate is a rinky dink swap meet compared to those.
 
I will have to keep that meet in mind. I don't know much of the Mopar scene here in N. Texas since I am from Houston but that was about 12 years ago too. I have been moving all over the country in the military til 2 years ago when I got out. Just moved back. So if you have some good leads on stuff around here let me know.
 
Rio Rancho/Albuquerque NM here, I have a 63 dart/360/904, 70 mustang 351, 87 suburban 3/4 4wd, lifted, 454, 1999 dodge 3/4 4wd v10, 1999 cavalier....think I have the big 3 represented. By far my Dart is the best!!! Getting ready to join the NMmopar club. Everyone have a Great Christmas and New Year!
 
I'm in Dayton. 73 Dart Sport, 68000 org miles, 318 w/727 and 3:23 suregrip. Under restoration. Had 2 but striped down racecar. Have a lot of xtra parts laying around I will part with.
 
I am going to some of these. I know what you are saying about quality car shows and swap meets. I am from Detroit, and the question is not whether there will be a few good shows or meet this year, but which Mopar ones you will be attending each weekend! There were some weekends I would be hitting two a day. There is a big difference between here (Dallas) and Detroit

Hey, 63dartman, did you join the Mopar Club in Albuquerque yet? I get their newsletter but thats about as close as I can get, hope to make the annual Belen show this Fathers Day weekend they put on. Iam in Las Cruces so I mostly hang out with the Southwest Mopar guys in El Paso, a few A body nuts in that crowd. I have both A and B bodies, but the A's are easier to go faster in, cheaper, and more fun to drive.
