Got hit again today in Southeast, Va. Had the nerve to start snowing heavily just in time for the evening rush. Normal commute of 30 minutes took 3 1/2 hours. God folks can't drive in the snow down hear, its pitiful.

Can't help you. Consistent weather like a whole lot of things looks like it is in the past.
 
Has nothing to do with location. I've lived in Michigan my whole life and people here still can't figure out that if you slow down and give people some room, everybody gets home safe and sound!!!!
