Spare tire cover

Evening folks,
I want to cut out a spare tire cover from a piece of hardboard (masonite). I would like for it to look somewhat factory. A couple questions after looking at a picture on Year One:
How wide is the cover?
What is the large center hole for?
What is the purpose of the large "hump" on the one side?

These are different from car to car. Let us know which year and model you have.

The center hole is for a big recesses washer (for lack of a better description).

Thanks 68! The pic was from the Year One website that lists it for a 65-75 A Body, so I didn't know there were different configurations:

I am working on a '72 Duster, so that "hump" would probably be cut off. Looking at your picture tells me about everything I need to know. Thanks so much.
