Looking for the spare tire hold down assembly for a 74 Dart

At the turlock swap meet yesterday i saw a spare tire hold down looked just like original mopar from the HELP parts line. Just a thought.

I am not even sure what they look like I have nothing to go on. I cant seem to find a good reference

Kind of like a "j" hook threaded on one end with a large thumb screw that goes thru the jack base to hold the tire down. Hope this helps
