I have a 68 dart which someone switched the 6 cyl for a 360 w/ 727 and 15" tires. 3:23 rear. I now read about 10 MPH too high. Any idea which I would need to rectify?

You need to know which rear gears you have and diameter of your rear tires. Here's a chart that should get your close to what you would need.
