Spindle nut

it not exactly a torques setting but a preload for timken bearings.
7 lbs. for new bearings and 5 for used. Most will turn the drum or rotor while tightening the nut with adjustable wrench to what feels right.
 
Thanks RedFish. I used the 13 foot Lbs. recommended for spindle nuts in general I found and they seemed to snug.
