Apr 30, 2008 #2 RedFish FABO Gold Member FABO Gold Member Joined Sep 5, 2007 Messages 26,690 Reaction score 6,427 Location Anderson SC it not exactly a torques setting but a preload for timken bearings. 7 lbs. for new bearings and 5 for used. Most will turn the drum or rotor while tightening the nut with adjustable wrench to what feels right.
