What closed, and open pressures should i be looking at for the Mopar .557 cam, wont go over 6500. something around 135 on the seat and 350-360 open?

exactly, on my .555" I have 135 and 350, revs to 7000

great, what springs are you using?

340 heads with 11/32" valves at around 1.800", Elgin outers, comp inners, don't have part numbers

find your installed height and select a spring.
