Are the rear leaf springs on a 76 Feather Duster the same on both sides?

No, there are different springs for right and left hand side. The right side is usually stiffer because the right side sees more torque when accelerating.
On the 68/69 Chargers with 440's they found that they would jump a whole lane to the right on launch if the right hand spring was not stiffer.
